While at the public defender, Mr. Greenberg represented thousands of clients on everything from municipal ordinance violations to drug trafficking, sex offenses and murder. Mr. Greenberg has tried dozens of cases to verdict and has extensive experience representing those accused of crimes at every step of the process. Mr. Greenberg ensures that he gets the best possible result in every single case by exploring all options and doing whatever is necessary to fight for you.
Mr. Greenberg has a knack for thinking “outside of the box” using his creativity and finding reasonable alternatives to prosecution in many cases. Mr. Greenberg brings a unique approach to the practice of criminal defense where he is able to apply his experiences on capital hill and stand out from other members of the central Florida legal community. Mr. Greenberg believes that the best defense is a good offense and is extremely proactive and creative in his practice.
