According to close relatives of Joseph Zwick, he has been arguing since birth so it was no surprise when he decided to become a lawyer.  Mr. Zwick graduated with honors from the University of Florida in 2010 and completed his childhood dream of becoming a lawyer in 2013 after graduating with honors from the University of Georgia School of Law.  After law school, Mr. Zwick knew that he wanted to be spend his career in a courtroom and he returned to Florida where he has worked as an Assistant State Attorney, an Assistant Public Defender, and as an associate attorney for a family law firm.  Over the last six years, Mr. Zwick has gained extensive litigation experience with over thirty criminal jury trials and multiple civil trials throughout the State of Florida.
 
Mr. Zwick joined Mandell Law after spending three years as an Assistant Public Defender in Polk County, Florida where he had the opportunity to represent thousands of clients facing all types of criminal charges including DUI, drug trafficking, sex offenses, and murder.  Mr. Zwick knows that the only way to be successful in the courtroom is to be more prepared than your opponent.  Mr. Zwick’s aggressive preparation has led his clients to many great results including acquittals at trial.  Mr. Zwick has developed a reputation for zealously fighting for his clients facing the most difficult times of their lives.
 
Here at Mandell Law, Mr. Zwick is a valuable member of our criminal litigation team and also represents clients on appellate and post-conviction matters.  Additionally, Mr. Zwick utilizes his extensive civil litigation experience to represent clients in family law matters and contract disputes.
