Man arrested in Florida for allegedly viewing child pornography

The coordinated efforts of multiple law enforcement agencies resulted in the arrest of a 41-year-old man in Palm Bay on charges of possessing child pornography. Special agents from the Florida Department of Law Enforcement approached the man at his residence on Malabar Lakes Drive. They confronted him with evidence that he had been viewing child pornography on his father's computer in another state.

Man hides death of wife from family and authorities

According to authorities, a 25-year-old Florida killed his 21-year-old wife and buried her in the backyard of their former home. However, they did not find out about the death until the same man allegedly killing the woman's parents and brother. The bodies were found on Jan. 1, and the alleged killer was taken into custody days later in Ohio. At the time he was taken into custody, he admitted to killing his wife.

Florida man in jail on murder charges

A 33-year-old Bay County man is in jail and facing charges related to the death of another 60-year-old Bay County man whose body was discovered by police on Dec. 27 in Panama City. Both men were apparently residents of the behavioral health, counseling and rehabilitation center where the death occurred.

Attorney expected to cite insanity as cause of violent attack

A trial date has been set for a 22-year-old former Florida State University student accused of attempted murder. He appeared in court in Stuart as his attorney explained that he needed to coordinate witnesses and schedule an expert to speak about the man's insanity.

Florida woman arrested for shopping with fake credit accounts

After an e-commerce center in Melbourne summoned police to investigate fraudulent purchases allegedly made through a company computer, police arrested a 22-year-old female employee. The investigation resulted in accusations that she had bought merchandise valued at over $4,000 with fake credit accounts.
